"Ada was very nice but pushed other plans too much. She went on and on about the umbrella policy. I was interested and asked for her to send me the information so I could go over it with my wife. She continued telling me all about it. I don’t remember much, and she never sent it. I wanted to add insurance to another car. I was in the phone for 2/2 hour or more. My first call, a guy answered it, put me on hold. I hung up after 10 minutes. I’ve been a customer for 39 year, I’m used to getting quick service."

"I have to edit this review because I been struggling with the integrity of this review here for this location. The employee Ada told me to write a good review. She told me she gets $20 per 5 star google review and it helps her. Unfortunately i havent called this location but knew of her personally. If this wasn't true how would I know the commission? Original review. Ada was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She's really thorough and knowledgeable. If you speak with her, then don't forget get to review. She definitely a resource to her team, knowing ENGLISH and SPANISH."
